

Whatever you decide upon make sure it is AirPrint-compatible. That's obviously preferable because even if you were to find one, a used xPrintServer it's likely to cost more than that-and you still have to confirm it would work with your MP610, which I wasn't able to do.

The good news is that Canon makes an equivalent, AirPrint-compatible printer for about $70. MP Navigator EX software makes every stage of operation easier, from image search to PDF document editing. Their customer support is excellent, even for discontinued products, so ask. If you are unreasonably fond of that printer, you might investigate the possibility of finding one on the used market, but contact Lantronix first to determine if it supports your printer. Memo : If you select Run ( or Open ) instead of Save, the file will be automatically installed after it is saved.

Its compatible printer list is no longer available either. Click the link, select Save, specify 'Save As', then click Save to download the file. Until recently, there used to be an AirPrint print server called the xPrintServer Home that would enable continued use of old, USB-only printers like yours, but for whatever reason Lantronix decided to discontinue it. Sometimes there are options for keeping perfectly good printers in service, and I did investigate them, but in your case I can find none.
